As a health coach, I have studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as well as Optimum Health Institute, receiving my accreditation at Columbia University. I am trained in all the major dietary theories and will help you discover what approach works best for you. Rather than dwelling on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, and restrictions, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible and fun and free of denial and discipline.
